Selling my 2009 Gary Fisher Rig that is
completely decked out. The bike is a LARGE frame which is 19″
I’m 6′1″ and the bike fits me great
2009 Gary Fisher Rig (started as stock from the factory purchased from a bike shop)
The following has been added to the bike.
Custom built wheelset with CHRIS KING red hubs and Notubes.com ZTR rims.
Hayes Stroker Trail hydraulic disc brakes
Bontrager Race Lite Carbon Fiber bars
Race Face Evolve XC cranks
Converted to a 1×9 (9 speed) with the following:
Sram X-9 rear derailleur
Sram X-9 trigger shifter
Shimano 9-speed cassette
I believe I have and will include all the parts to convert the bike to SS (single speed)
Bike will come with LOOK clipless pedals, not the platforms pictured.
I am sure I am missing a ton of things.
The bike is in fairly good condition. I wouldn’t classify it as mint, but it
is in good shape. Has typical scratches a used bike would have, but the
worst is on the top tube were the bars turned to far and the shifter
scratched the tube. Bike probably has just under 500 miles on it. Please don’t expect this bike to be mint when you receive it. NO it’s not completely trashed or anything like that, but it was RIDDEN, not hung on the wall of my living room as a decoration. The majority of the scratches happened during transportation or getting bumped around in the garage. EDIT: I RODE THE BIKE AROUND MY HOUSE TODAY AND I NOTICED TWO THINGS:1. THE BACK BRAKES WERE SQUEAKING A LITTLE MORE THAN NORMAL, BUT THE PADS SEEM OKAY.2. THE FORKS LOCKOUT WORKS, BUT THE LEVER HAS A LITTLE BIT OF PLAY IN IT, AND IT DID NOT TURN AS NICELY AS IT DID BEFORE. IT DOES STILL WORK, BUT SOMETHING MAY BE WRONG WITH THE LOCKOUT ON THE FORKS. JUST PUTTING THIS OUT THERE SO THAT THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO SECRETS. There is a computer set up in the pictures, but I have misplaced the actual brain of the computer. I know it has got to be in my garage, but I just can’t seem to find it. IF I do find the computer, it will be included.
Well over $3400 in the bike!! Bike is located in Orlando, FL area. I would like to sell the bike to somebody who can pick it up in person, but I am willing to ship it too. Shipping will be expensive, I’m thinking a hair over $100 for the Continental U.S. which is the ONLY place I am willing to ship to. If the buy it now is used, I will charge $100 for shipping and then refund any additional money if it was cheaper or cover the cost myself it is more expensive. If the buy it now is not used, and the bike ends with a high bid, the winner will pay the full $100 for shipping. I plan on shipping the bike UPS after the payment is cleared. If you prefer another shipping company, that could possibly be arranged, but I prefer UPS
