Up for auction is a BRAND NEW 2009 KONA BIG UNIT 16″ FRAMESET with a FOX 32 F29 RL 80mm Suspension Fork. Built of Kona’s proprietary Race Lite Scandium Butted Tubing, this is a super light but plenty durable frame. Frame and fork came part of a stock build that I am parting out. Also included in this auction are matching Kona Stem, Handlebars, Seatpost, Top Cap & Grips, all KONA XC/BC Deluxe made of aluminum (except grips, those are just rubber). Fork came stock on the bike and steerer tube is cut accordingly. It features on the fly Lock Out and Rebound Adjustment and compression can be infinitely tuned using a shock pump. Frame has sliding drop outs allowing for this frame to be used as a geared or single speed bike. Frame does have all necessary stops and braze-ons to run derailleurs and disc brakes, no cantilever stops though. Frame and fork are both flawless as they have never been ridden just built up in the Kona factory and unbuilt by me.
